This venue is chic and perfect with very hospitable staff catering to big boat owners.

Newly renovated hotel in a very nice area right by Ghiffa, historic city centres, and the lake. A huge variety of outstanding food for meals. Free parking on site provided. Excellant stay, as always.

In the suite, there was a mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control - really handy. the bathroom was big and had a tub that was just awesome. the service was super friendly, and the food here was really good! 😊.

exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen tv in the room. lovely location on the lake itself. and near to historic city centres as well as the beach.

We ate excellent food at the hotel and in a wonderful small ristorante up in the hills a little walk from the hotel.

The hotel was recently refurbished and wonderful. It has a favorable location near southern Italy, the lake, doors, and the restaurant. the staff is attentive and caters to the big boat owners. the pool area was very clean.

The Penthouse room was nice but small, however the rest of the hotel appeared a little 'tired'. The staff on reception and the manager were both very helpful and co-operative when we had a problem and need assistance

The location of the hotel with direct access and uninterrupted views of the lake, especially the bedroom's private balcony with sunbeds.

The menu for dinner was somewhat limited and the quality of the food at dinner was relatively disappointing, not reflecting the high quality of all other aspects of the hotel. I was surprised to find a single bed in the corner of the bedroom, booked as a deluxe double, as this took up valuable space that could have been given to an occasional table and chairs.

The room at Hotel Ghiffa was amazing! It had everything I needed, like a private bathroom, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The bed was super comfy too. I felt like I was in heaven!

The only thing I didn't really like was the well-equipped kitchenette in the apartment. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

our recent stay in ghiffa was absolutely amazing. the hotel exceeded our expectations with their warm hospitality and special honeymoon gift. the location on the lake was breathtaking, and the dinner at the hotel was excellent. our room had a stunning view of the lake, making our stay even more memorable.

Cleanliness: The rooms were newly renovated and had a modern touch. Hotel facilities: The terrace and its excellent view were a highlight. Location right on the lake: We enjoyed having the choice of laying on our own personal terrace or heading down to the beach. Staff: The reception staff, particularly Valeria, were very friendly and helpful.

During my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel, I was blown away by the stunning view of the lake from my superior room. The reception staff, especially Valeria, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a truly enhanced level of comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was the convenience of the parking, although I'd recommend making a reservation in advance as availability can be limited during the day. Additionally, I loved the option of dining outside, either at Cannero or at the hotel's restaurant that the reception staff graciously helped me make reservations for.

Families seeking a top-notch hotel experience should definitely consider this place.
